Just a quick call and Im being upgraded.  This happened last year sometime.  My old mouse was having issues like charging.  I love wireless mice, and a cradle that charges it makes the most sense.  And I called them telling them the problem.  They say well we will just send you a new one, oh that mx700 we dont make anymore so we are sending you a mx1000.  Sweet upgrade.

I just called in just now saying that the mouse pointer is jumping around.  It goes all the way left or top while you are moving the mouse around or doing things.  It gets annoying while trying to drag and drop.  Or the click is questionable at times.  So they go though some troubleshooting things.   It still jumps around, which is odd for the mouse to act up on command.  But in the end they just say, we will send you a new one and oh we dont make the mx1000 anymore so we will be sending you a MX Revolution.  Sweet upgrade.

So buy Logitech…its worth it in the long run, beyond the fact they make the best mice still yet.

for people to realize that it isn’t so hard to be “happily single”?  That is one thing that I am right now.  I think that part of it is that people tend to define themselves by who they are around.  Or maybe they aren’t comfortable with being by themselves with just their thoughts.  Some people just seem to have a hard time of grasping the fact that you can be by yourself and still feel complete.  I have some great friends, have some bad friends, good coworkers, and some people I down right loath.  But over all I am happy with myself in terms of my situation.  Sure Id still like to be a lot lighter…and working on that again, but having to have someone around me all the time, isnt something that ranks too high up on my scales.  Sure I get lonely, and wouldnt mind an assumed Friday night date, but over all…I like what I have right now.

Anyone reading this have any Joost invites?  Id love to have one.  Ill hook ya up with something…  The idea of streaming content that is legal awesome.  This seems like the way to really get your content on demand

You know I just dont know how anyone can work without this setup.  I know some people like one huge monitor, but I do like something about the physical separation.  I would like to try a 24″+ size monitor and see how Id like one huge monitor.  But I got a setup going now here at home for the last few months and it is nice having matching sized monitors.  At work I finally have a setup going I think I like.  I have a work place and a play place.  I like that separation.  That over here I keep all the important things over there -> I put all the entertainment.  Oh well…some just wouldnt understand

Well its like one of those times again where I go though and start throwing away as much as I can.  Or better yet trying to sell.  I got 30 bucks for 2 computers that I got for free, cant complain there.  Have a few more parts laying around that I would like to sell but no one is buying it seems.  Then I plan on getting rid of some furniture I think.  Just dont use some of it so cant see why keep it around.  Im tired of living in clutter.  But I also dont feel like doing anything about it 90% of the time

Well his Steveness came out and said he would be for no DRM.  What does that mean?  That is a huge opening for our side of the court.  We now live in a country and a time in which that the mere spread of information is enough to get you at least a hefty fine.  There were a few times in history which this was also true…and those times were usually lead by some of the worlds greatest villains.  If I were to sit here and tell you how to take those songs you bought in iTunes and play them on your Sansdisk Sansa, I would be committing a federal crime.  Just me telling you how…  So the idea of locking music is a good thing huh?  You purchased something and now they want to tell you how you can consume it.  Well that just isn’t cool.

So his Steveness at Apple has come out to say that he would drop DRM if the record labels let him.  I am starting to like Apple more and more every day.  I may even buy an iPod in the near future.  Content producers should be adequately compensated for their works, but dont tell me how to consume that work.  If I want to watch it on my tv, my computer, my laptop, and my PSP, why shouldn’t I be able to do that?  Honestly the DRM rules remind me so much of gun laws.  All you are doing is hindering the law abider.  The thief’s will always go around the law.

Lets come up with a quality system that allows you fair use, gets producers paid, and doesn’t cause me headaches.  Also…dont forget to watch your back or over your head, there are astronauts on the loose

Wait that was 3am Eternal wasn’t it?  But why does my body decide that I fall asleep at say 12:30am or there abouts, that 4:30 am is a good time to wake up?  I laid there for like 10 or 15 mins and sleep just wasn’t happening.  To beat it all…I wake up and for some reason my brain was saying, try being a Vegan.  Now that is odd…  Couldnt get to sleep so I got up and surfed a bit, watched some news, and took a shower.  Probably should have gotten on the bike.

Cant get on the bike now.  On my way back in the house to get some stuff this morning I tripped and fell.  Landed on one knee full speed full weight on concrete.  So needless to say the left knee is a bit painful at this moment.  I did go to work, it hurt.  Its hurting right now, anytime I change from sitting to standing or standing to sitting it hurts worse.  We will see how stiff it is in the morning.  If its too bad Ill just work from the bed or couch.  I like that ability.
