Slips of the fingers
January 21st, 2006Well it happens every now and then. Never fails I let a little slip up screw me. So I was trying to copy some stuff onto my laptop for work tomorrow. I messed up and moved the wrong thing. So I was wanting to delete something. rm -rf /Videos is a bad thing. I realized it after about a few moments, enough for it to have deleted 30gigs worth of stuff. Im not exactly sure what all it deleted tho. Ill figure that out eventualy. Im redownloading some various things right now. But from now on…i say this everytime… dont use -rf on that remove statment
