Bowlcut’s little piece of the world

Well dang, I did it quite well. I managed to do like nothing today. Got up, watched some car shows, watched some racing, played some racing, grocery shoped…and came home. That was most the day. Put in Ocean's 12 and watch it, then Family Guy (cant miss that)…now its time for bed. Not often do I get to sit around. Yea a bit boring, wouldnt have minded some distractions, but it wasnt horrible. I did get the laundry done tho. Gota look on the bright side ya know.

This week. Well spend most the first of the week still changing passwords. Second part will be router work more than likely. I need to finish up the HR fax server sometime, just dont have time right now. Try to ride some this week hopefully. Kinda looking like the rain is going to hold off, unlike last week. I dont think there was a dry day last week. Ever sit inside so long that when you look outside, you are startled its still daylight? Maybe I should open the blinds more often…

I have been busy.  Work is killing me.  Im going in early, working though lunch, and going home at the same time.  Then Ill end up doing something work related here at the house.  Ive been too dedicated or something, need to let loose.  Ive not had a real vacation in a while, and doesnt look like Ill get one anytime soon.  I just havent had time nor someone to do something with.  Ive gota get some time away at some point.  Work has been hell, just a lot of weight on my shoulders now and its starting to get to me.  Im going to go ask for more money sometime around the end of the month I think.  I still dont have a working mountain bike, the rear wheel is still broken and no outlook on getting it fixed anytime soon.  Birthday in a couple weeks.  Some are asking for the big party again, and atleast the host is with me as saying there is no point trying to top last year.  Plus there was a little too much debochary going on, and I know I dont want to do that again either.  Thinking a bonfire and maybe some work who knows.  I dont know what Ill do tho, probably what ever people tell me Im doing.  Ok headache is really getting to me now…

Well Im sore and tired. Figured yesterday was a good day to go to Calum's and help pull a motor. Typcial me, drive few hours to go work on cars. I took my bike since the road he lives on is flat as a pancake. Did 12 miles at which point I was stoped, by a piece of wire about as thick as a hair. That sucked. My rear wheel started getting loose, I looked down and it was going down. I got off and found a wire in it. So call Calum and have him come pick me up on the side of the road. We then start pulling the motor out of the 240. That took about 6 hours, pretty good since Ive never done a 240, if it were a Sentra I could have done it faster. So we find it have a totaly gone bearring…no chance of a rebuild as I figured. Then I figured might as well get back here….was up till 3 tho. Im a little tired and store at this moment. No telling what Im going to do today tho. Was going to go up to Rod's for a cookout but he got called to do work, at a good holiday rate cant turn that down. So now its just sit here and watch some F1 I guess, see what they say to the Michelan fiasco from last week.
